Clean India Project 01

My motivation was to maintain peace and to build up an environment where we maintain a sustainable life by recycling the plastic around us and to maintain a green world by planting more trees in our surrounding.
We, the BS&G, Assam and Kamrup(M) District Association have organized a program to celebrate The Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, 75th year of Independence of India and the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi Ji and Lal Bahadur Shastri Ji at the State Training Centre, Sonapur. We started by cleaning up the surroundings and then planted of the tree saplings in our Campus. We tried to promote tree plantation and cleanliness of our environment as it would help us to build peace and greenery around us.
The impact of the day on us was that we ought to keep our surrounding clean and green. The day reminded us about the sacrifices of the prominent leaders towards our nation and their efforts which gave us our independence. The project taught us to plant more trees and reuse the plastics available around us.
We learned many beautiful things from it: a. The benefits of growing trees around us and keeping our environment clean b. The sacrifices of the prominent leaders towards our nation c. The benefits of the re-usual of plastics d. Limitation of the usage of plastics in our day to day life.
