A community service project that was initiated by the Rover Leaders, Allaine Bocasan Sog-ed and Athena Louise Carrido Guinanghan, to help our community maintain its cleanliness and encourage the people to practice proper waste management. It was also initiated in order to show that scouts are always ready to serve the community whatever the institution, age, and gender because "A SCOUT IS ALWAYS A SCOUT."
