Chiang Kai Shek College boy scouts conducted an outreach program for their less-fortunate brothers and sisters under the care of Bukas Palad Foundation of the Philippines last September 6 at Tramo, Pasay City. During the event, they interacted, played, and shared moments with the street children and orphans, and bought food and supplies for the latter.
