The reenacting and commencement of the Zonal Meeting under the new leadership of the Chief Commissioner Prince Olusoga Sofolahan and the Zonal Chief Commissioner Hon Nathan C. O. Okoye (JP) held in the premises of the State Scout Headquarters of Imo State Scout Association Owerri with the five component states of - ABIA, ANAMBRA, EBONYI, ENUGU and IMO STATE all in attendance.
