We are very glad to inform you that East Calcutta Bharat Scouts and Guides District Association celebrated the World Scout Scarf Day on 1st August 2017. All the units and individuals including commissioners of all level celebrated this day as and where it was possible. Total 10 Scout and Guide groups had taken active initiative in this unique event. All units and individuals did GOOD TURN and reaffirm promise on this day. District has decided the award for the best photo of the GOOD TURN activity and will be given on 27th August 2017. Scouts and Guides rendered their service with the unit scarf from 10 am to 5 pm on 1st August 2017 at their different area. We also offer the scarves to our seniors, Group Leaders and the Principals of the Groups.
