We are very glad that East Calcutta Bharat Scouts & Guides District Association celebrated the World Scout Scarf Day on 1st August 2016. The units and individuals including commissioners of all level celebrated this day as and where it was possible. All units and individuals did GOOD TURN and reaffirm promise. District declared the award for the best photo of the GOOD TURN activity on 15th August 2016. Scouts and Guides around 160 participants rendered their service with the unit scarf from 11 am to 5 pm on 1st August 2016 at different area. We also offered the scarves to our seniors, Group Leaders and the principals of Groups.
