Coinciding with the 39th birthday anniversary of the fifth Druk Gyalpo, GMSS marked the national scout's day.

The Scouts ushered the staff faculty inside the hall with scout's welcome yell.

The Principal, teachers and scouts representatives took part in lighting the butterlamps, arranged beautifully depicting the number 39, the King's age after that the National Anthem followed by Zhabten.

Then, the program proceeded with lighting the candles, which was known as the "red flower show."
