To mark the day, we assembled all the students and staff in morning.  Then there was a speech on the theme “Climate Action for Peace” by UNESCO coordinator Miss. Sonam Zangmo. The speech was conveying the message passed on by UN General Secretary.

After the speech, the work distribution for peace rally and cleaning campaign was made whereby all the staff and students of the school made their best to mark the day with full support and interest.

The program went in accordance with the formulated plan.The objectives for the day program was accomplished. All the targeted places to be cleaned are covered. The school is in big concern about not to eat junk food and use plastics (wrappers) . Therefore, we managed to pluck all the plastics (wrappers) within and outside school campus.  Overall it was a great success.
