As per the instruction of Bharat Scouts and Guides NHQ Circular No. 131/2020 Date: - 29th September 2020 and Northeast Frontier Railway, State Head Quarter i.e No.E/322/02/pt-I Date: -29/09/2020, the Katihar District celebrated the Gandhi Jayanti on 02/10/2020 with the Sr. Scouts Guides, Rovers, Rangers, Leaders and Officials at Divisional Scout Hut . The Katihar District of Bharat Scouts and Guides NF. Railway Celebrated the 151st birthday of Father of the Nation “Mahatma Gandhi”. On 02nd of October 2020 at District Scout Hut. All unit leaders and Rover, Ranger Scouts and Guides were present and prayer were started 8:00 am.
