Foundation Day was celebrated by the Rovers and Rangers of Bargaon ITI Group at State Training Center, Bargaon ITI. To aware the youths, people of the community, the Rovers and Rangers organized a rally and present Foundation Day Badges to the public’s, police personals, Govt. Officials and collect funds for the Scouts Guides Funds. After the Flag Ceremony in the morning the Rally was conducted. The Flag Day Celebration was ended with a Cultural Program by the Rovers & Rangers.
