Wangdue Dzongkhag Scouts Association joins the Nation to celebrate 40th birthday Anniversary of Fifth Druk Gyalpo and observed National scouts day. The program started with CHIPDRAL receiving Chief Guest and marchang ceremony followed by March pass and the following cultural items were presented by WDSA to mark the day. 1. Messenger of Peace Dance 2. Mewang Chog 3. Gyalo Gyalo Lha Gyalo Dance The teachers and children were served with Lunch by Dzongkhag Administration.
