We the members of bharat scouts & guides of sambalpur district celebrated diwali with orphan children. Our ADC(S) Sri Digamber Padhee, APO/SBP & DOC(S) C.H.Vijaykrishna with 10 rovers were participated in this event. Enjoyed sweets & snacks with them and also gifted some sports equipments, regular groceries, candles & lights for diwali, etc. Received peace from the smiles of the children.
