Scarf awarding ceremony for the CBS of Tshangkha-Trashiling community was held on 22nd September, 2017. The chief guest was Khenpo of Trashiling Shedra and 23 CBS members participated in the ceremony. About 10 staff from Tshangkha CS and Chendebji Tshagpa also participated in the ceremony.
