CBS (Community Based Scouts) is one of the important sections in scouting in Bhutan. Over 42 new CBS recruits were oriented in presence of DSA president and commissioner. New recruits were formally invested by the District commissioner in courtyard on 16/3/18. New CBS members committed to serve the nation with whole heartedly.  Volunteerism in Tsirang DSA is being further strengthened the scouting movement and widen the MOP Network in the District.
