Appreciation letter from the District Magistrate freshened the memories of services rendered by our Scouts,Guides,Rover and Rangers during NABAKALEBARA CAR FESTIVAL from 14.7 to 19.7.15. Since long Odisha State is organising the service camp during the Car Festival every year, but this year as it was Nabakalebar of Lord Jaganath Lakhs of pilgrims were expected to attend the holy festival. So Rovers from all over India have been invited to render services. The District Administration have highly appreciated the unflagging dedicated services of our Rovers.
