We are the member of East Cost Railway Bharat Scouts & Guides, Sambalpur District, Balangir Unit. We are scouts & Messenger of Peace. We are celebrating the International Day of Peace on 21 September 2020. After Complete of morning program peace march & tree plantation. In the evening we are organized a candle march. This candle march is tribute to our covid warriors, who lost life in this covid-19 situation also our member who we lost. This march stared at 19:00 from Asst.Engg Office Balangir to Balangir railway station Flag Mast completed at 20:00. Then we are 1 minute silent prayer for all. There are 12 scouts & Rovers, 2 adult leaders are attend In this program. Some public are also join in this march.
