Campaign for donations of Milk
We got inspired to take up this project when we found the need to provide food assistance to our community. We decided to collect milk in supermarkets to donate to the institutions that develop voluntary activities.
We started the project contacting the supermarkets and asking for opportunities to help us. After that, we started sharing the information about our campaign.
The project was implemented in 5 Supermarkets of our city, where we could collect milks for the donation. Finally, the institutions received all the products.
The Project had a big impact in our region, helping some institutions of our city, which received milk for their beneficiaries. Around 6 entities were benefited with donations which correspond to around 500 people. In all 1.450 liters of milk were collected to contribute to feed them and give the necessary nutrition.
Implementing this action, we could learn the importance of this project to help our community. In a few hours, as a group, working with the entities and the community we collected a good number of milks, that will make a significant difference in many lives.
We would make it better, if we had convinced more parents to join in our campaign and if we had shared more information about. In general, it was a good experience for us.
