07 November 2019 we have celebrated Foundation Day of the Bharat Scouts and Guides at State Training center, Ganganagar, Kolkata. Eastern Region celebrate its Foundation Day in a befitting manner by presenting Flag Day Sticker to eminent personalities of society - Shri Rathin Ghosh, Chairman, Madhyamgram Municipality and MLA, North 24 Paragana, Shri Nemai Chandra Ghosh, Counciller, Ward no. 26, Madhyamgram Municipality North 24 Paragana, Shri Tara Shankar Saha, Bank Manager, State Bank of India, Ganganagar and Smt. Arati Mitra Vice president. BSG, West Bengal along with scout guides, students general public in every sphere of society. After the presentation of Flag sticker Scouts and Guides taken pledge to avoid and minimized the use of plastic by taking four step - Refuse, Reuse, Reduce and Recycle for betterment of Environment. They also actively participated in the Cleaning drive organized at Eastern Region Headquarters. The programme was conducted under the supervision of Bablu Goswami, Regional Organizing Commissioner (Scout), Eastern Region with the help of Shri Tribhuvan Shrivastava, B. Sekhar and Anirudh Sarkar.
