B.P. SIX EXERCISE FOR GOOD HEALTH AND WELL BEING

Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.
This project was done at our New Jalpaiguri Scout Hut. Through this project we have informed about the need of exercise among the people around New Jalpaiguri area.
This project resulted in about 30 people doing this exercise along with us and as a result they are a healthy person
By doing this project I learned how important exercise is in our lives. To live a healthy life we should exercise regularly every day.
