BP Exercises - Be Strong and Healthy

I heard about this in social media.I saw a video about the BP exercises done by a Indian rover scout.Our Lord Baden Powell introduced these exercises specially for scouts,but not only scouts for the whole people.It helps us to be a healthy person and also to be strong and active.Now I am also doing it each day in early in the morning.Now I feel relaxing and calm.So I done this work.
I started this on 12th of August and also,There are 6 BP exercises.One of it helps to maintain our body balance.It helps to stretch our hands and turn it round and round.I finished also this on 12th of August 2021.
This is only an activity that has done by me.But It is an activity that should done by everyone.Because in the present world,Lot of people are living with different kinds of problems.So the Lord Baden Powell's structure will surely helps them to be healthy.
I learnt to maintain exercises daily. It helps be to maintain my body balance. Helps to control my body weight. Helps to be strong and healthy.
