The BSP Manila Council started the Scouting Month by conducting the annual Sunrise Parade held last October 6,2018. The parade runs from Adamson University to San Andres Complex, Manila. The said event always happens every first saturday of the scouting month, this also serves as the kickoff parade of Manila Council before launching the other activities that will occur this month.
