Congratulating the success

For the first time in the history of Tsirang Scouting, I initiated a welcome and congratulation programme by the adult scout leaders. The Objective of initiating such programme is to buit strong bond of relationship and encourage our young scout Youth Leaders. It touched the mind of our youth leaders who have successfully completed three weeks intensive training. This was just organized to provide moral support and uplift the bond of scouting. 15 Scout leaders and two youth Leaders were engaged in this novel programme for 4  hours.
