(GIFT LIFE Once in Three Months)

I started donating blood in the year 1991 as a Rover Scout. I received Blood Donor Proficiency Badge (7 times certificate submitted) for Rashtrapati Rover Award in the Year 1994. Received “maximum blood donor in a year award” from 2011 to 2018 (8 times) from Indian Medical Association Blood Bank in Thrissur. I voluntarily donated blood several times at various blood banks in Southern India before 2005, especially while in army service. I donated blood more than 50 times till date. I am a Life Member of Red Cross Society of India, in Thrissur District. I successfully completed All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Basic Emergency Care Course in the Year 2013.
