Blankets Distribution in Dhaka City
Innumerable marginalized children and adults in rural areas are forced to spend the nights shivering in cold every year as they are unable to have warm clothing in winters. Trembling in the cold weather throughout the night, some old people even give up their lives. Normally, it is reported that these passed away because of the cold.For this our scout group decided to distribute blankets among them
We collected fund from our group members and bought blankets, then we distributed them around our dhaka city who are really in need of them.
Almost 380 people are benifitted by our project.They felt very happy and thanked us.
By distributing blankets, we learn about the importance of providing basic necessities to those in need. We also learn about the power of generosity and the value of giving back to our community. Lastly, we learn how seemingly small acts of kindness can have a big impact on people's lives.
