Beyond the Body: Celebrating the Light Within

To turn a moment of loss into a movement of love.As 19th jan is the death anniversary of our group founderMriganka Roychowdhury Da so to keep his values alive. Instead of a silent mourning, we chose "action" as a form of remembrance, ensuring that his physical absence is filled by the continued impact of his kindness.
Today, I with my mates spent the morning in the spirit of selfless service at CHESHIRE HOMES INDIA.True to the Scout spirit of "Service to Mankind," we distributed essential kits—including hygiene products, food items, and daily necessities—to the resilient and inspiring specially-abled girls and women at the home.Seeing the smiles on their faces was the greatest tribute we could offer to Mriganka Da’s lasting legacy.
By distributing hygiene kits and daily necessities, we learned to identify specific, real-world needs and address them directly. One of the most profound lessons was witnessing the strength of the girls and women at Cheshire Home. Redefining "Perfection"This shifted our perspective from looking at "disabilities" to seeing "different abilities" and the unique light each individual carries. Leadership through Empathy.
