The Better World Framework Webinar Series organized by National Headquarters of the Bharat Scouts and Guides has started from 5th August 2020 with a motive to implement various Projects throughout the country from grassroot level and provide a new learning opportunity and experience to young people as well as adult leaders to know in details about the various programmes of WOSM. On this day, the programme started with BSG Prayer followed by Welcome Song followed by Welcome address by honourable Director of BSG, Mr Raj Kumar Kaushik. He welcomed all the participants with his encouraging welcome address. The programme was also addressed by Mr Amar B Chettri, Deputy Director of Scouts (Boy Programme), Mr JC Mohanty, International Commissioner (Scout), Mrs Amelia Swer, International Commissioner (Guide) and Mr PGR Sindhia, Secretary General of the President in Council of the Bharat Scouts and Guides with their encouraging, inspiring and golden words. After the Welcome, the programme was graced and inaugurated by honourable Mr Jose Rizal C Pangilinan, Regional Director, World Bureau, Asia Pacific Regional Support Center with his most inspiring words. Then, Vote of Thanks was presented by Mrs Darshana Pawaskar, Joint Director of Guides (Field Operations). And finally, plenary sessions were taken by Mr Madhusudan Avala, Deputy International Commissioner (Scout). He gave a beautiful introduction on the Better World Framework - What, When & How?. He presented an inspiring video on the birth of Scouting and present Scouting. He demonstrated the definition of Youth Programme, the Scout Method, Scouting Purpose & Mission and Purpose of BWF. It was a very nice and a wonderful presentation presented by him. And finally, the programme ended with Mr Analendra Sharma's, Assistant Director of NER remarks .
