Every year, the most famous cultural institution of Bangladesh, Chhayanot, organises the Bengali new year celebration at Ramna Park of Dhaka. At that event, we, The Rovers of 13th Hussars Open Rover Scout Group, voluntarily provide service. We help the organisers in various ways. We help to take care of the guests and performers.
