From early in the morning  from 9am we started our works with about 53 scout members under my coordination (troop leader) though it was Saturday many daysscholar scoutso sacrifice there leasure hours and join the beautification of scout village. The work was divided within the members, girls theu involved in clearing bushes while other were engaged in beautifying the canopy, gate and other various decoration. 

We had clear the vast area of bushes and allocated that as our scout gathering place. It was not easy work for us to clear the bushes under scorching sun. The work prolonged till lunch however we didn't give up even the weather harsh with rain. After working under such a harsh weather we could accomplished our work of beautifying scout village at 4pm.
