16 School Principals(School Scout Commissioners) of Trongsa District attended rigorous 5 days of Basic Unit Leaders Training. 

The objectives of the course were:

- provide the first-hand experience regarding the BULT Course

-orient Commissioners on the recent relevant scouting topics 

-support Adult Leaders once they go back to their schools 

The commissioners were informed and prepared on the topics like:

1. History of Scouting

2. Fundamentals, principles and methods of scouting 

3. Roles and organizational structure  of Bhutan Scout Association, WOSM and Asia Pacific Region

4. Messenger of peace 

5. Better World Framework

6. Community Based Scouting 

7. Scout Songs and Yells 

8. Outdoor camping and Integrated Hiking 

9. Ropework and gadget preparation using bamboo 

10. Youth program

11. Adult in Scouting 

The training was facilitated by six trainers who are Adult Leaders Trainers(ALT) and Woodbadge(WB).
