SELANGOR - Sea Scouts Secretariat had organized Basic Leadership Course Sea Scout Leader Second National Level 2017 (BASIC SKIPPER [Basic Sea Scouter Induction Course]) located in Maritime Transport Training Institute (MATRAIN), Pulau Indah, Selangor. PPMWPL have sent Skip Rosni Bin Mohd Daud for the course. At the end of the course participants are given a task to conduct seminars and Sea Scouts sent reports before they are eligible to be awarded a silver badge Orca.
