45 Senior and Rover Scouts of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Eastern Visayas Region, Tacloban City Council, in partnership with the local Traffic Operation Management Enforcement Control Office(TOMECO) volunteer as Medics and Marshalls in the yearly Banda Rayhak event.
