In trying to reach out to all scouts leaders to come onboard Messenger of Peace, my mission in incoporating MOP during the organising of our Goodwil Day camp for cubs during the March school holidays (Perkhemahan Muhibbah Pengakap Tunas Brunei Muara 2019) was to encourage scouts to sharing of projects, activities and updates in WOSM. It was encouraging to have more than a hundred participants with their leaders from 10 schools and individuals in joining the 3 days' camp. On my part, I focussed on bringing the message of Peace and coaching leaders to take the first step on activities of Sustainable Development Goals. At the end of the three days, came the achievement of awards whereby all participants proudly held the MOP ring badge for their accomplished service hours. It is my sincere hope that the journey will now begin for these participants to spread and reach out to more scouts and individuals to join hands for Messenger of Peace and Scouting. We aspire to start calling all scouts from Brunei Muara district and to other districts in Brunei Darussalam too. Hopefully this initiative will go further and beyond Brunei Darussalam in future.
