The Awareness Campaign to Beat the Plastic Pollution in adherence to the global theme on the 6th June 2018 at Khadrapchu MSS, Thimphu which was to create awareness on the pollution of plastic in the environment. The volunteerism of the Nazhoens and Nachungs and youth in general was a dedication to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of Her Majesty the Gyaltshuen adn the World Environment Day.

The Campaigners voiced out the message of environmental degradation due to the plastic pollution. The scouts pick up the plastic materials and urged the users to recycle, reuse and reduce the use of plastics in the daily lives. The overall aim deduced to refusing the use of plastic materials which took about 400 years to degrade.
