The president of Association of 'Top/Achiever' Scouts, Simon Rhee, presented ATAS scarfs and patches to some 50 top/achiever scouts, at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Melaka. The presentation was witnessed by Malaysia Deputy Chief Commissioner, Awang Zaini Suntim, and chair of King's Scout Brotherhood of Malaysia, Paramasivam Palany.
