ATAS was formed in 2004 as a loose fraternity to unite all leaders who were once top achievers when they were youth members together so as to encourage them to assist and promote the aspiration of their youth members in their own NSOs to achieve the same level of success.

It prove to be very propular and through the mostly hard work of Simon Hang-Bock Rhee it spread out and grew quickly from an APR outfit of old boys network of a few APR committee and related members to a worldwide body over 7,000 members from 5of the 6 regions and over 60 NSOs.

I got the opportunity to get a membership in ATAS World. On 4th may 2019. 2nd ATAS  Indiagathering held at Kolkata, west Bengal.

Venue- State Training Center, The Bharat scouts and Guides Ganganagar, Madhyamgram, West Bengal.
