An archery tournament was organised between the villages of two gewogs to promote the national sports (archery) of the country.

The aim of the tournament was to promote the national sport, to build social skills, and also to fulfill one of the pillers of the day Gross National Happiness.

The food stall was set up to make the funding for the future tournaments, where I also was part of it. The waste from the stall were defeated every evening.

There were 10 teams and two who was there to run and serve the players everyday. Traditional dances and chams were part of the event too. A month long event was conducted successfully.
