Annual Cross Country

To keep a healthy lifestyles especially during our teenage years
Due to some scouts need to go to the park by bus provided by our school, so during the morning only a few of them helped to mark the checkpoint of the running route. After every single scout reach the park, we were given 2 tasks, one of the tasks is standing at the checkpoint near the finishing line to provide encouragement to the runners, the other one is to follow behind the runners, collect the recording of the contestant and the checkpoint markers.
Our school and students of my school were benefited from this event. We helped to mark out the running route and collect the results for the cross country.
I learned the importance of exercises for the human body and how to keep fit daily.
