Blood donation is an important social service to the humankind. Blood donation at the right time can save millions of life all over the world every year. According to the American Red Cross, one donation can save as many as three lives. Therefore, recogninzing the imoortance of giving blood, PCoE Rover Scouts in collaboration with other youth groups of college (YPeer, PCoE Clean Bhutan, Druk Clean Pledgethon and Bhutan Sharing and Loving Youth) organized the Annuak Blood Donation Campaign in Paro College of Education marking the international day of peace.
