This year Guiding and Scouting websites was quite busy with  actions around this important date.   Every year our group begin to activities with thinking day postcard exchange and promote our Guiding and Scouting with an E-dossier with our traditional games, short skits about World Famous Nasrettin Hodja our desert and fast food recipes, music and our achievements in youth program. Other then postcards we even exchange Girl  Scout and Girl Guide cookies with Turkish delight and badges too. We exhibit posters of  the Life of BP, his sayings. Scouting and peace exhibitions and open stands about WAGGGS Countries and several others ( the number depends on the date of exams in schools. This year we organized  at Ankara Ansera Youth Center wth several Guide and scout troops, some forty participants of Ankara Guide and Scout Leader Introduction course and members of a seminar for newly registered leaders. Boran, Gazi. Incirli Guide and Scout Groups participated. Brazil, İreland. Jordan Malawi, Pakistan, UK, Venezuela,  Zambia, were presented. Their games played. Food made by Guide and Scout leaders offered   Zerde from Pakistan, Mint brownie from Ireland, cookies for Jordan, pudding with nuts from Venezuela. Troops played games. They compete with puzzles. A wide gme instantly created with a set of cards from different countries on exhibition room. Guides and Scouts searched for the country when her name called.   Two Irish games was very similar to ours. All enjoyed the day thinking friends around the world in depth and thought this was a good path to make a better world
