On October 20, 2019, 50 senior and rover scouts from Tacloban City Council under the institution St. Therese Educational Foundation of Tacloban Inc. (STEFTI) acted as First-Aiders, Traffic Masrhalls, Crowd Control, Radio-Communication and Event Delegate Ushers during the 75th Leyte Gulf Landing Memorial: Banda-Rayhak 2019. The day before, preparations such as a final meeting, division of labor, finalization of permits and equipment to be used in the event were made. On the day of the event, scouts gathered at STEFTI by 11 and together with the delegates, proceeded to the event area. A parade was held and directly after was the competition proper. The event lasted until 7PM.
