70th Republic Day was celebrated by the Rovers & Rangers Unit of Bharat Scouts & Guides and the students of Bargaon ITI on 26.01.2019 at Bargaon ITI Premises. Sri Rama Chandra Nayak, Founder President of Bargaon ITI hoisted the flag and addresses the gathering.
