The Bharat Scouts and Guides, N.F. Railway, New Bongaigaon Dist. Association organised its 5th Dist. Rally with a Theme of  Go Green Live Green in which more than 150 participant along with unit leaders took participation. The Rally was from 22nd to 25th August 2019, The Rally was  Started Flag with Hoist and all Scouting activities and ended with the National Anthem after that given one-one saplings to each participants.
