JOTA-JOTI 2016 had its opening ceremony at Batangas Provincial, Capitol Compound with simultaneous opening from the Boy Scouts of the Philippines at National Headquarters in Manila. A 40 KAB Scouts visited the event and watched their older brothers talking to Scouts from all over the world. The Jamboree On The Air (JOTA) was conducted by Compass Circle Twenty-five Manila Council. JOTI, on the other hand, was manned by the Brighton Venturers Outfit 1012 and Asia Pacific Region (APR) Support Center staff that was held at the Executive Board Room. Scouts had fun exchanging JID codes from other scouts. The success and spirit of brotherhood was experienced of 328 scouts from the different councils of National Capital Region, Philippines.
