The MoP NSO Messengers Coordinators Meet share the information and experiences on MoP Initiative and help acquire knowledge and skills in the promotion of MoP Network and Project Management towards effective implementation of the Initiative Participants were able to: 1. Explain development and success stories on the MoP Initiative (Network & Fund) that took place in the last two years. 2. Strengthen knowledge and skills on MoP Network & Project Management. 3. Identify scope in further strengthening Scouting and communities through MoP projects. 4. Review the role of NSO MoP Coordinators and expectations. 5. Prepare 3 years NSO action plan on MoP Initiative (2016-2018)
