coinciding with the Birth anniversary of his majesty the fifth king, 21st of february is officially celebrated as national scouts day in Bhutan. This year, the celebration was held at Samcholing Higher Secondary School under Drakten gewog in Trongsa. Dasho Dzongdag graced the celebration as chief guest where many high officials from different sectors also joined the celebration which added scent to the celebration. Hundreds of scouts from three different school came together for the celebration. The day started with chibdrel ceremoney followed by marchang ceremony. The program was taken off with the march past/Drill from different schools and police personals. 40 leadership scouts also joined the drill which was an additional point for the day. After the drills were over, the entertainment programs added laughter and happiness for the audiences who came together for the day. Finally the special lunch was served to all the participants as well as audience.
