This year's mission teams included the #27 Santa Elena Belize Jaguar Scouts, the 2018 YouCan Mission team and members of the Ascension Lutheran Church. Together for two weeks these individuals carried out shoe drives in the remote villages of Belize. Many children and adults were gifted with a new pair of shoes and socks. This was a blessing to many who have had a hard time finding the funds to purchase new footwear. The team also delivered food baskets to less fortunate families in the community, repainted a local school and participated in a cultural exchange.
