In line in the 77th year of Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) and the opening Ceremony of scouting Month and the 90th year of Manila Council BSP the Brighton Outfit 1012 actively participated the 2013 sunrise parade. the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Celebrates the 77th year of scouting in the Philippines and together the 90th year of Manila Council the oldest council in the Philippines, and the Opening Ceremony of the Scouting Month in the Philippines. Yearly all the council in the Philippines are organizing their Sunrise Parade in respective Province/City council as marking the Scouting month is officially opened.
