For the first time, establishment of Provision of Klang Rover Scouts Secretariat was happened on 16 January 2016. I has been invited to brief about the role of Rover Scout Secretariat (or aka Rover Scout Council in other NSOs). I also chaired the meeting because as a State of Selangor Rover Scouts Secretariat Chairperson, i have an experience to conduct AGM (most of the representatives still new in Roverring world). I wish by this establishment, rover scouts of Klang Provision will look forward and contribute more the community.
