1st Greenside Cubs Litter Less Campaign
This project was motivated by our group as part of the litter less campaign.
The 1st Greenside Cubs chose to clean up litter in the area surrounding our Scout Hall. All our Cubs came armed with a rubbish bag and gloves. This was a very successful afternoon.
We are very fortunate to have a Scout Hall along the beautiful Braamfontein Spruit. Cleaning up the litter will benefit the birds and animals that live there as well as the public that use this area.
This project has thought us how important it is for our Cubs to experience the effect litter has on our surrounding areas.
