|SCOUTS: CATALYSTS FOR CHANGE.| These are the highlights of the 19th school-based encampment held last September 06-08, 2019, spearheaded by Sctr. Mark John Ramos, Sctr. Peter Gener, and Sctr. Jeremy Arguilles at San Jose del Monte National Trade school. This was conducted to train and prepare the Senior Scouts of Outfit 193 in facing the fast-paced world and to help them venture the world of scouting. Various activities like Signaling, Morse Coding, Knot-Tying, Lashing, First-Aiding, etc. were experienced by the Scouts. They also learned the importance of being a Catalyst for Change in order to become a proper Messenger of Peace. Different life lessons were stilled to the participants. They have learned the true value of camaraderie and family, and they were also given the chance to get the hang of being independent.
